Grand Park Royal All Inclusive Puerto Vallarta

We are currently staying at the Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta with my husband and 2 kids. The resort is located on a beautiful cove with breathtaking views of the ocean. We are here for 2 weeks. From our balcony we saw whales and sharks. The beach is very clean with white sand and even though we saw some vendors, the beach seems to be private. The waters get suddenly rough, so that's a part to be careful for. The beach is so clean and shiny.  The gym instructor Jesus is very nice and honest guy. I go to gym everyday at 12 and today forgot my Michael Kors sunglasses. By the time I realized, I went up and Jesus handed me over the sunglasses. The gym has breathtaking views of the ocean. Its on the 12th floor. During Lunch Lois is your guy. He is the best server you can ever have. He will go up and beyond to make you happy. Sunscape Akumal Beach Resort & Spa

What a great resort under AMR management.  We were located in the oceanfront room. Very spacious. Your mini fridge is supplied with pop, beer and water, the only thing that gets refilled is bottle water every day. The beach is beautiful it's a combination of sand and coral which allows for an assortment of fish to be around. There were a few stingrays that we got to enjoy. Near the family pool, be prepared to see the peacocks, iguana, agouti and the white-nosed coati they bring a sense of being local even thou you're on the resort. We used the kids club and there were many children in there having fun they even escort them to the buffet to have dinner so parents truly have respite. There is so much entertainment during the day in a different location, from yoga to a movie on the beach, to water polo, to bingo, to kayak tours and many more. Catalonia Riviera Maya And Yucatan Beach

Just returned from this amazing resort after spending one week. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a special group of front desk staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was going to be the best.  We tried all of the a la carte restaurants and both buffets as well as the snack bar, all were excellent for both food and service. In the evenings, before the show we would gather at Abuelo bar. The Animation team works so hard, providing great entertainment and talking with all the guests to make sure we were all having a great stay. We did not take any outside excursions but did walk to the Marina, which I would recommend and took the free catamaran tour through the dive shop which was fun! Overall a great trip, made better by amazing staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel
