Our Hawaii (Oahu Island) Trip!!!
Rich in values and traditions, a blend of Eastern and Western influences have taken root on the Island of Oahu. This fusion brings different ideas and values together in one expansive Gathering Place. Open fields and scenic valleys give way to sandy beaches and powerful surf. High-end shopping and fine-dining establishments neighbor one-of-a-kind shops and family owned restaurants. These differences are what make Oahu such an exciting place to visit, a balanced existence on an island in the Pacific. We visited Honolulu, Hawaii with our little one. We didn't rent the car and just used public transport to experience the local lives there. Kalākaua Avenue and Waikiki Beach We stayed at Hilton near Waikiki Beach and Kalākaua Avenue. The avenue is famous for big stores and very expensive shopping. To be honest, I didn't like the scenery of the Waikiki Beach as I felt it was too overcrowded and cemented.
