Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, Cancun, Mexico

We got a warm welcome and cool drink on our arrival. We had booked presidential suite at the resort, although from what I could see most of the rooms at the hotel are luxurious and pretty much the same. Our large room had a king bed and pillows comparable to any upscale Westin hotel.  The room also had a Kitchenette, a living room, two bathrooms, large Jacuzzi tub and shower, double sinks, a 50-inch HD TV, balcony overlooking the ocean and various pools and a Jacuzzi in the balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly, rooms were extremely clean and sound proof. The daily cleaning was excellent with plenty of fresh towels, and soft drinks and water in the room fridge.  Food and beverage is excellent. There are a pile of bars featuring brand name liquors and wines and enough restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Authentic Mexican, Italian, Japanese, a Steak House.
