Iberostar Selection Playa Mita, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
We recently returned from our first trip to Punta de Mita. We stayed at the Iberostar for two weeks. The beautiful facilities and choice of activities make the Iberostar an ideal resort, but the most outstanding feature is its wonderful staff. We would like to acknowledge all the people who, once again, made our vacation such a memorable experience. Our breakfast waiter, always got our morning off to a good start with his warm smile and attentive service. They brought us cappuccinos as soon as they would saw us arrive at their station. The Kids Club staff were amazing with all the children. Each one was warm, patient and nurturing and kept the kids engaged and happy. We enjoyed a lot watching the enthusiastic staff leading the daily activities. Weather was absolutely fantastic. Quite how the hotel coped with the “once in a lifetime” hurricane in 2016 remains a mystery. If it did rain it was at night. Room was perfect. Oceanfront on the second fl...
