Hacienda Encantada Los Cabos Resort, Cabin San Lucas, Mexico

My husband, kids and I visited Hacienda Encantada Jan 2018 right after the new years. To begin with, the resort is breathtaking, however, it is the quality of customer service that keeps us coming back each year!


The service at pools 1 and 3 was impeccable! Poolside manager was awesome! Very attentive and makes sure all your needs are met. Pool 1 is "adults only" and I truly appreciate having that option! Although we took our kids there without knowing, but no one bothered us at all.  When we realized that the pool was adult only, we took them to the other kid-friendly pool, but I was very happy that no one told us or made us feel uncomfortable. Exceptional customer service!





We opted for the "all inclusive package". It is a bit pricey, but depending on how much you like to eat and drink, the cost of food and beverages on site are more expensive than you will find in town. If you plan to eat, drink and play on property mostly than all-inclusive is definitely your best bet! 



The breakfast each morning is delicious! They have an omelet station as well as many choices on the buffet or you can order off the menu. 



The food for breakfast was always delicious and servers were out of this world! After our first day there, they anticipated our every want and need and brought it to us before we even asked! Very impressed by both of them!




We truly appreciated the wonderful customer service at Hacienda Encantada!



The resort is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is top notch! I believe you will be very pleased if you choose to visit Hacienda Encantada!
