My husband and I stayed there for one week from 27 May- 3rd June, 2018. We went there to celebrate first birthday of our second son. We have stayed in Mexico many many times, and this staff are absolutely the best we have ever seen. 





They work so hard carrying the trays of drinks and food on those very scary stairs and do it all with the best attitude and genuine smiles.

People with mobility issues or if you're travelling with Strollers, will have a hard time getting down to the Pool/beach.

Always asking if you would like something to eat or drink and come with water for you before you even asked for it.

I don't know how and where you get your staff but we were so impressed with them.


The hotel was beautiful and clean and the food was very good..
